First of all sorry for this very long quiet but I changed my isp some
time ago and get in trouble with my new internet access.
Otherwise this bug report is still of actuality. I've upgraded my wheezy
to kernel 3.1.0.3-amd64 and still have trouble with usb3.0 management by
the kernel.

Which kernel is that? You can get the kernel version from the
parenthesis in /proc/version.
