I avoid this problem somewhat by using "diff -U 0 | wdiff -d", so that only changed lines are printed. But with my documents (LaTeX files), this is often still too much. I’d like to see an option to wdiff that makes it print the changed words with a context measured in words, e.g. the 5 words before and after the change – similar to diff’s -u option.
