Hi! While checking the QA status of adept (see bug #542232), I discovered adept is missing the information from where the upstream sources were obtained in the debian/copyright file, this is required by Policy 12.5. In Debian natives packages, this information is usually skip but you can find the sources easily inside the Debian infrastructure (alioth, git.d.o, svn.d.o, etc). This does not seem to be the case with adept, upstream page seems to be at http://web.mornfall.net/adept.html including a darcs repository.
