Subject: /etc/vnstat.conf: Unclear what 'system default value' for Locale is
Package: vnstat
Version: 1.10-1
File: /etc/vnstat.conf
Severity: minor

The default setting for Locale is "-" which, according to
vnstat.conf(5), means the 'system default value' is used.

But on my system, which is en_GB.utf8 by default, the default date
string (%x) gives me American style dates (12/08/10) rather than British
(08/12/10).
