Package: iputils-ping Version: 3:20071127-1+lenny1 The 'time' value displays zero milliseconds for preloaded pings and slightly short times for normal pings. I would expect the time taken from when the first ping was preloaded into the outbound queue; of the order of 36ms in this example.
