Package: libmpich2-dev
Version: 1.3.1-1
Severity: normal

I tried to compile a simple mpi-program, but got this error message:

mpicxx mpi_blitz.cpp -o mpi_blitz.elf -Wall -O3
-I/home/tmac/programming/include -I/home/tmac/research/include
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lcr
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [mpi_blitz.elf] Error 1

So I had to install libcr-dev and that fixed the problem. Doesn't this mean
that libmpich2-dev should depend on
libcr-dev?

Best regards
Torquil Sørensen
