Dear Release Team, I will upload a new SO version of LIBVIA shortly. Right now only ODIN and LIPSIA use this library. The LIBVIA dependency of ODIN will be dropped by the next upload (few more days). LIPSIA is currently totally broken (#613337) and will be replaced with a new major version
