When building davical, I get lots (dozens) of:

open2: exec of php -q failed at scripts/po/extract.pl line 53

This makes me think that it should build-depend on php-cli? Also, it
build-depends on libawl-php, but from a quick glance, the only place
it is used is in that "extract.pl" call, which needs /usr/bin/php, so
there does not seem to be an actual use of libawl-php if php-cli is
not installed.

Also, probably scripts/po/rebuild-translations.sh needs a "set -e" so
that it does not silently fail?
