Hi,
I'm getting the same issue, but also reproductible when directly
opening an image ("gliv file.ext", using 1.9.7-2:amd64).
Note I use a dual screen + enlightenment 17. But switching to single
display + software compositing doesn't prevent the SegFault.

Can you compile gliv with debug information and get a gdb stacktrace?
