one. are you sure you didn't reboot ?
sulogin prints that message
mabye it's because you specified no time?
it is remotely possible new init scripts somehow get you to runlevel 1,
init(1) invokes sulogin(1), and reboot i
I'm not a debian bug handler but...
try "shutdown -t0 -r now" and re-submit if it doesn't work (I think
specifying time is required?)
