Martin, using the SE Linux libraries from Unstable I can't make the file_contexts.subs file take affect.
I think that the only way to do this is to just have regular expressions that deal with this in the file contexts. It's a bit ugly and slows the relabel process down a little (probably no more than about 10%) but it will work. http://etbe.coker.com.au/2011/07/22/run-se-linux-policy/ I've written the above blog post to summarise my current thoughts on this issue. As the policy package has been broken in Unstable for a while I'll wait a day or two before uploading a fix.
