Bug#627273: gdb: FTBFS with error implicit declaration of function ‘__sysconf’

reassign 627273 libc6-dev retitle 627273 /usr/include/sys/user.h calls __sysconf instead of sysconf thanks It looks like this FTBFS in gdb is being caused by the latest libc6-dev. So, I am reassigning it to libc6-dev. Consider the following test case.
