I'd be interested in helping put with the freeipmi maintenance. Cloning
your git repository (your git daemon seems to be offline btw) at the
moment. Do you actually know things which are missing for an upload of
the last upstream version? Anything else I need to take care of/know about?

very knowledgeable, nice, and I even had them as an exemplar CVS gurus
