The same here, with a OKI C5700DN, after resuming the queue, a job gets
printed, however,
it is not deleted from the queue. Instead, the printer is halted and the error
message
"Unable to get print job status." appears in the web interface
I am experiencing the same bug on Sid with TCP/IP-connected printers.
A bug in reportbug kept the relevant information from being automatically
added to this report. My configuration is very standard: the only change I
see immediately is LOAD_LP_MODULE=no in /etc/default/cups.

After one of the last updates cups will disable the printer after a job
and the job stays in the queue. The error shown by lpstat -t is "Unable
to get print job status.".
