Package: otrs2 Version: 3.0.10+dfs We use Debian GNU/Linux - Testing with lates Updates. There is an issue in "/etc/cron.d/otrs" at line 84. crond reports "(*system*otrs) ERROR (Syntax error, this crontab file will be ignored)". For resolution I replaced the line from the previous Version. "45
