Bug#649393: Init.d-script doesnt start vsftpd with ssl-enabled.ls

Hello, bascially it is cacert.org-cert, but it is working correctly. As i mentioned it: as soon i start it manually, everything works correctly. I tested it with both : implicit_ssl=NO and YES, but it is not connected to this option. Thanks for helping to solve this problem! :) michael 2011/
