The BTS no longer sends an Acknowledgement message after bug
submission. Instead, an incorrect "Info received" message
("Thank you for the additional information you have supplied
regarding this Bug report.") is sent.
In particular, this breaks the procmail rule I have to automatically
subscribe to bugs I submit.
