Hello everybody,
Additionnal info: when having this error, distupgrade doesn't propose me
to upgrade the same stuffs as a regular upgrade so a possibility might
be that PackageKit tries to dist-upgrade which is failling because of
backend unability to manage this case :(

Apparently GetDistroUpgrade should be supported by the aptcc backend so
I don't know why it should display that error.
