Please try the newest dracut version (034-1 atm.) and setting rd.auto=1. Special devices are not enabled by default since 024. From the man page: rd.auto rd.auto=1 enable autoassembly of special devices like cryptoLUKS, dmraid, mdraid or lvm. Default is off as of dracut version >= 024. --
