When listening to music, exaile can't go from mp3 file to ogg file.

I believe that this bug has already been reported upstream, but just
to confirm that this is the same bug and not a completely different
one, can you please run exaile in a terminal as follows:
$ LC_ALL=C exaile --debug
And try to reproduce this bug, and reply back
