Package: debhelper Version: 9.20120419 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
today a fellow DD made me aware of a feature of dh_link that is not documented in its man page. I wanted to replace a bunch of duplicate files in a package with symlinks. I therefore added some lines of shell code to debian/rules to remove the files that should be replaced by symlinks. Obviously this is not required as dh_link takes care of removing these files itself. It would be nice if the man page for dh_link would document this behaviour.
