The official homepage http://sourceforge.net/projects/pygccxml/ seems to be dead; the maintainers are unresponsive.
A better solution is the "unofficial", but maintained homepage https://bitbucket.org/ompl/pyplusplus The decision to point there should be coordinates with project python-pygccxml. See bug report http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=744918 for more details.
