Dear Maintainer,

this could be a user error on my part, but to me it seems that the option 
box[0000]="." (and similar box options) does not seem to work.

ralph@cube:~$ pspp -O box[0000]="." foo.sps
pspp: -: unknown option ‘box[0000]’
Valid cases = 40; cases with missing value(s) = 0.
....

I also tried the devices configuration file, but undestanding the
documentation is very very hard. A simple example devices file would make
this a lot easier. A example could show changing width, box characters, etc.
