Hi, I have fixed this bug by patching gnome-session and gdm3 to add back a directory where to place .desktop files that are started in the gdm session (for bug #689559). The only thing needed here is then to add that .desktop file to xbrlapi. I have done that and tested it. xbrlapi is started
