As has been mentioned on IRC and elsewhere, current
qemu-kvm in sid depends on librbd/librados/ceph,
but apparently there are issues with ceph --
#679686, and #677645 #681946 .
There's more: due to a missing shlibs file for
librbd, qemu-kvm in sid references symbols in
librbd which are not

That version grew a bug which people were hitting often -- #679788,
thats the only reason I hurried up with the new version. People
started upping severity exactly to STOP it from entering testing.
So there's no way it'd enter testing with this
