I agree, please adjust this this from Recommends to Suggests.
Installing a command-line nmap tool results in the system trying to install
gnuplot, ghostscript, fonts and other libraries.

Hi,
Could you please drop the recommends against liblinear-tools.
Nmap is now depending on liblinear1 which is pulling liblinear-tools via
the recommends. In turn liblinear-tools is, by default, pulling a lot of
other dependencies.
