Hereby providing more info, so removing the "moreinfo" tag, but feel free to
add the "moreinfo" tag again if you need additional info.
I did the following tests, this time without piuparts :
| prepare wheezy base.tgz for pbuilder
| pbuilder --logi
severity 687885 normal
tag 687885 +moreinfo

This is empty meta-package which symlinks it's docs to
opendnssec-common (like many other packages).
I see a no bug here.
