Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Hello, procps version 3.3.4-1 had an API change which broke things. If you upgraded procps and not libproc0 or the other way around then ps stopped working and you cannot boot Debian.
procps 3.3.5-1 has a libproc1 package but it doesn't help matters, for example you could have the old broken libproc0 3.3.4-1 I have made procps and libproc0 3.3.4-2 which is the API changes backed out. I think the best idea is to: reject procps 3.3.5-1 and libproc1 3.3.5-1 out of NEW let procps 3.3.4-2 and libproc0 3.3.4-2 through.
