Hi, there has been 5 months since the last activity on this bug and afaict there has been no changes to the packaging either. Are there still efforts of fixing the package behind the scenes? ruby-pygments.rb is a dependency of the new upstream version of jekyll, so we would like to see this happen. If there is anything I can do to speed this up, please let me know.
