I think it needs Build-Depends: python3 >= 3.3 to use 3.3 forcibily, but
it's just for experimental. The source package is also available in
python 3.2

Hi,
I'll rebuild this package with a patch to support Python 3.3
This work will drop python 3.2 support, but I think it's not necessary
in experimental.
Thanks.

Please reupload your package to experimental so that it gets built
against Python 3.2 and 3.3. Right now it is uninstallable in
experimental:
t# apt-get install -t experimental python3-cairo-dev python3-cairo
