If I remember correctly, the version in Debian does not use much of
consolekit. The ulatencyd core just exports some session information
to LUA rules /e.g. ulatency.get_uid_stats()/, but supplied scheduler
mappings do not use it and the information is per UID not per session,
so it's a bit use
