debsecan does not appear to support multiarch please see the following commands:
$ sudo debsecan --suite wheezy --format packages | grep libc6-i686
libc6-i686
$ aptitude show libc6-i686
E: Unable to locate package libc6-i686
$ aptitud
4 matches
