Followup-For: Bug #726562
Dear Maintainer,
I just wanted to confirm that with nautilus 3.12.0-2 (from experimental) and
with mostly everything else from GNOME also from experimental (take a look at
the versions below), this bug is no longer happening.

In the diagram on the top right corner it is stated that nautilus
version 3.12.0-2 (experimental) should fix the issue.
I tried to install that version but the problem is not solved.

Hello,
I've rebuilt the package using the patch provided by Hannes in the previous
post (thanks!) and the problem seems solved.
The only weirdness I've spotted is a very quick glitch to the white
background when you pass to a tty pressing for example ALT+F1 and then back to
the GNOME session

OK, downgrading GTK from 3.10.1-1 to 3.8.5-1 fix this issue.
Downgrading also fix a crash with the Background panel of
gnome-control-center, this definitely seems related:

Hi,
With my machine up to date, nautilus is drawing a white background when
it's managing the desktop instead of the expected wallpaper. I can
reproduce this with a new empty profile.
I'm not sure this is directly related to nautilus, this
