Looking there, https://github.com/haskell/haskell-mode/ has some post-2.8.0 releases tagged: 2_9_0 2_9_1 v13.06 v13.07 The announcement associated with the last of those is available at http://projects.haskell.org/pipermail/haskellmode-emacs/2013-June/000188.html and the list of new features sounds impressive.
