Although this is solved for debian-goodies = 0.64 I believe this remains a bug because even the upcoming stable version (0.63 - Jessie) doesn't include this fix. Seeing it is purely a bugfix I think the patch should be allowed to be backported to 0.63-x(?). I will try to tweak/apply it to 0.63 at
