Package: vim-nox Version: 2:7.4.052-1 Severity: normal Giving a directory on vim's commandline doesn't work anymore.
Previously the directory was simply opened via netrw; now I only get the message "/tmp/ Invalid filename". Doing ":e /tmp" gives the same message, but opens the directory, at least. Try: # vim -u NORC -U NORC --cmd 'ru netrw' -N /tmp/ and then enter ":e!" to refresh the display. On another box I have 2:7.3.547-7 installed - it still works with that version. -- Package-specific info: --- real paths of main Vim binaries --- /usr/bin/vi is /usr/bin/vim.gnome /usr/bin/vim is /usr/bin/vim.gnome /usr/bin/gvim is /usr/bin/vim.gnome -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.11-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_AT.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_AT.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages vim-nox depends on: ii libacl1 2.2.52-1 ii libc6 2.17-97 ii libgpm2 1.20.4-6.1 ii liblua5.1-0 5.1.5-5 ii libperl5.18 5.18.1-5 ii libpython2.7 2.7.5-8 ii libruby1.9.1 1.9.3.484-1 ii libselinux1 2.2.1-1 ii libtinfo5 5.9+20130608-1 ii tcl8.5 8.5.14-2 ii vim-common 2:7.4.052-1 ii vim-runtime 2:7.4.052-1 vim-nox recommends no packages.
