Source: fdmdv2 Version: 0.96.5.1328-1 Your package is currently using an embedded convenience copy of wxWidgets 2.9.5. Debian has packages of wxWidgets 3.0.0, which you should be using instead (see policy 4.13).
You probably just need to add libwxgtk3.0-dev to "build-depends"
and remove the code to build the embedded copy of wx.
