As discussed during the meeting, there are cases where an issue is marked as fixed in version 1.2.3 AND there is a tag for a release (e.g. oldstable) indicating it is not fixed there. However, version 1.2.4 is in oldstable, which would mean that either the release-specific tag is incorrect, or the fixed version is incorrect.
