Hi, please include these headers in the -dev package, needed by
bind-dyndb-ldap to compile, tested with this diff applied to bind9:
diff -u bind9-9.9.5.dfsg/lib/dns/include/dns/Makefile.in
bind9-9.9.5.dfsg/lib/dns/include/dns/Makefile

> + install -m644 lib/isc/unix/errno2result.h debian/bind9/usr/include/isc
This feels wrong to me, and makes be believe that errno2result.h is not
intended to be delivered. Lets discuss this one a bit more, first.
