Hey,
I've thought a bit about this problem: Simply moving the binaries
to /usr/bin/ won't work as wine32-dev-tools and wine64-dev-tools could
be co-installed currently and this would result in a conflict.
Maybe it would be possible to create a new package "wine-dev-tools",
which pulls in on i386
Control: reassign -1 src:wine 1.6.2-8

Manually invoking wineg++ with it's full path doesn't help here, as it depends
on winebu
