I can also confirm that this bug is in Sid. I am on a PowerMac G4 running 38.2
of iceweasel and cannot create folders in the bookmark tool bar. Also when I
try to create a folder in sidebar I get folder called "New

I can concur that the same issue occurs for me on my G4 PowerBook running
Wheezy 7.7 (LXDE) and the latest release of iceweasel (31.3.0).

Dear Maintainer,
the problem with bookmarks toolbar is still here. Additional info is:
The default firefox folders can be put to toolbar and are shown (like last
added to bookmarks, etc.). Other items are not. Any new folder created in
Package: iceweasel
Version: 31.0-3

Dear Maintainer,
If enabling bookmarks toolbar and having bookmarks in toolbar folder they are
not shown in UI.
This bug is since ver 29.0 and now in 30 and 31.
I'm using KDE.
