After some testing I found this: for VNC connections unset Keymap to empty
('Keymap=' in connection file instead of 'Keymap=Map Meta Keys'. Super key will
work fine.

Same problem here using unstable on amd64.
I also suggest to move severity to important. I think that I'm not only
one who can't use remmina at all now. I'm using remmina to connect to my
remote desktop where windows key is used as super key for all desktop
operations - I'm not able to do anything

Dear Maintainer, I`m testing new remmina from unstable and found a problem:
Keyborad grab does not work correctly for 'super' key. It does not send
super+[some key] to remote side, only sends super key itself.
