I upgraded libxdo3 but left xdotool at the old version:
$ dpkg-query -W libxdo3 xdotool

xdotool 1:3.20130111.1-5
Despite the fact that all the dependencies are satified, this
combination doesn't work:
$ xdotool sleep 0
*** Error in `xdotool': free(): invalid pointer: 0x083c9b10 ***
