Same issue for me. I'll try to investigate, but am leaving for vacation
in 30 minutes!
Hello,
I am experiencing this as well. Interrupting the upgrade and running
dpkg --configure -a resulted in the same lockup.
Dovecot is running and mail delivery still works, at least.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
