Problem still exists with a freshly upgraded wheezy - jessie Nvidia system.
No issues in wheezy. Same black/white stripes pattern as described by
everybody else here.

It seems that some memory is not powered over suspension because after
a really short suspension cycle the backgroud/lockscreen is white with
less distortion than after longer suspension cycles. No change using
kernel 3.17-1 btw.

This also affects ie. gnome-maps.
If you leave it open during suspend/resume, the map view (using Clutter)
shows the same random-pixel pattern. Other than that, widgets are shown
as usual.
I'm suspecting some refresh is triggered but that this does not happen
for some Clutter surfaces.
