I noticed these, where the maintainer has already changed priorities in the
packages themselves:
nfacct: important -> extra (#758229)
texinfo: standard -> optional (#538112)
Same with this already-reported one:
libswitch-perl: standard -> optional (changelog for version 2.17-1)
Likewise when installing the standard packages (using "tasksel install
standard"), we have two packages that have no other packages depending
on them:
libswitch-perl
libclass-isa-perl
They should be downgraded to optional probably.

Doing a "cdebootstrap -f standard jessie testdir" we have some unneeded
packages installed:
libssl1.0.0
libsigc++-2.0-0c2a
libboost-iostreams1.55.0
They should be downgraded to standard or optional, since no other
important packages depend on
