Package: pepperflashplugin-nonfree Version: 1.8.1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer, Installing apt 1.2 prevents `update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree --install` from either updating apt or working with the cache, and breaks the current flash install. The last output is "doing apt-get update on google repository", from /usr/sbin/update-pepperflashplugin-nonfree:174. Downgrading to apt 1.1, the command runs successfully, and flash is fixed. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages pepperflashplugin-nonfree depends on: ii binutils 2.25-3 ii ca-certificates 20141019 ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.55 ii gnupg 1.4.18-6 ii libatk1.0-0 2.14.0-1 ii libcairo2 1.14.0-2.1 ii libcurl3-gnutls 7.38.0-3 ii libfontconfig1 2.11.0-6.3 ii libfreetype6 2.5.2-2 ii libgcc1 1:4.9.2-10 ii libglib2.0-0 2.43.2-1 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.25-1 ii libnspr4 2:4.10.7-1 ii libnss3 2:3.17.2-1.1 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.36.8-3 ii libpango1.0-0 1.36.8-3 ii libstdc++6 4.9.2-10 ii libx11-6 2:1.6.2-3 ii libxext6 2:1.3.3-1 ii libxt6 1:1.1.4-1+b1 ii wget 1.16.1-1 pepperflashplugin-nonfree recommends no packages.
