Could you try to reinstall on a fresh Debian Jessie and try this with
root user (without restart):
# mkdir -p /usr/share/pyshared/shinken/modules
# service shinken start

More infos: In fact this is not good idea to enable all individual
services
(shinken-poller, shinken-broker, …) along with the "global" service
(shinken) because this cause
concurent/duplicate start of deamons and this causes troubles.

I just install Shinken on a fresh Debian Jessie system and it does not
start after install.
I try to start Shinken service manually but this does not work:
