Package: unknown-horizons Version: 2014.1+ds1-1~bpo70+1 Severity: normal I created a local backport of unknown-horizons and noticed that it no longer finds the standard translation (system locale). A run with strace shows that unknown-horizons searches for files named "messages.mo" but the files in the package are actually called "unknown-horizons.mo".
For example when starting in a German locale unknown-horizons searches for /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/messages.mo but the file is actually named /usr/share/locale/de/LC_MESSAGES/unknown-horizons.mo -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.8 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-0.bpo.4-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=de_CH.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_CH.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages unknown-horizons depends on: ii dpkg 1.16.15 ii python 2.7.3-4+deb7u1 ii python-enet 0.0~svn24-1 ii python-fife 0.3.5-1~bpo70+1 ii python-yaml 3.10-4+deb7u1 unknown-horizons recommends no packages. unknown-horizons suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
