Samba 4.11 became Python3 only so this is fixed in
(testing, almost stable) bullseye 2:4.13.5+dfsg-2
(unstable) sid 2:4.13.5+dfsg-2

FWIW, in Ubuntu we completely dropped python2, I think Debian will
want both for a while? On the other hand, I hear that samba 4.11 will
also completely drop python2.

Work is ongoing to make Samba use python3, but upstream still needs
much more work, and a more diverse set of contributors.
Currently Red Hat is doing most of the work and I'm doing most of the
review, this needs to be broadened. It is much more than 'just'
building the packages for python3,
